Business Beauty Advice

The Maysville-Mason Co. Area Chamber of Commerce, in association with
Maysville Community and Technical College, will offer "Dressed For Success -
Polishing Your Image
" - an informative session that will cover the "do's &
don'ts" of basic business manners, dress and image March 24, 2006 at
Caproni's Restaurant from 11:30AM-1:00PM.

The seminar is the second in a series of Personal Enrichment Workshops,
which focus on personal/professional development and are facilitated by
experts in their respective fields.

Patti Carpenter, owner/operator of Lasting Impressions Salon & Spa, will
instruct participants on personal appearance and health/beauty advice.
Beautiful Brides & More owner/operator, Rhonda Bothman, will offer her
expert advice on project a professional image through attire.

Participants in "Dressed For Success" will learn how to:
* Dress for success in a variety of business situations
(interviews, business casual/formal, meeting)
* Perfect their personal image & appearance
* Refine daily image & clothing routines
* Explore topic of projecting professional customer service
etiquette (phone skills, email)

You don’t have these clothes in your closet already? I’d love to wear the men’s fashions at work but there’s just too much rotating machinery. If I had this much “fashion sense” back when I was applying for a job, I’d be at the top by now.
