Officer Trippy Gooding, a man that I am proud to call a friend, as well as Bernard Evans and Kelly Prater have won the Officer of the Year award for their heroic efforts in helping not only their fellow officers, but saving the lives of The Shupert's in the fire on Second Street on May 28th.
