Possible Cure for Cancer!

Tonight on 60 Minutes they had a story about a possible cure for all kinds of cancer! The name of the machine is the Kanzius Machine. I found the story very interesting and hopeful. Just thought I would share the story. I hope that the above link works. If not just google 60 minutes then find the story about the Kanzius Machine (there is a video of the story).

I am just curious as to what you do for a living?? My father died from cancer and this is a very complex disease and not like doctors are not trying to find a cure. Cause you know what if they did, they'd be very rich because people are going to continue get cancer and those cures will be needed for generations to come.

May I suggest if you think they are idiots you go to med school and find a cure since you make is sound like it is so easy.

And before anyone says it---no I'm not taking this personal but everyone seems to want to say what someone else should do and how they should do it. Walk a mile in another mans shoes before you make such comments.
I for one can tell you these computer progams and stuff isn't perfect but I"m not about to call the folks who make them idiots because they are doing it a heck of a lot better than I can.

I have lost so many friends and former co-workers due to cancer. My brother has been in remission from non-Hodgkins lymphoma for 23 years. He had a very aggressive form and was only given a 40% change of going into remission. He was treated with a new drug and that, combined with prayer, saved him.

I saw the the show also. What a remarkable story! I truly believe that we, as a country, should be heavily investing in these types of cutting edges inventions, alternate fuel, ect.. The money that we pump into foreign aid every year could be used to fuel these ideas. It's in our nations best interest to re-invent itself, and to find cures for our nations leading diseases. I could go on and on but will give you a break!

What amazed me was the man is not a scientist and does not have a college education. What he has come up with is incredible

The thing I found odd is that part of the treament (if I understood) was to some how put gold into the cancer cells and then use radio waves to cook them to death.
Will, this make the price of both medice and gold go up?

It's not an issue that involves the working force of the medical community. It's higher up.

There is no profit in curing cancer quickly. Anyone that creates a quick cure for cancer can find them self in the same ill fate as Stan Myers, the man that inverted the car that runs on water. He mysteriously died.

I agree with Chuck that any 'quick cure' will be delayed by the ones who stand to lose the most money. I have long thought there already was a cure for most cancers, but the $$$ companies are making slows it down.

If all this promotion and spreading the word works to speed up the process to begin testing it on people, more power to them! It would be great to live to see when the diagnosis of 'cancer' doesn't strike fear in our hearts anymore because of a cure.

There have been so many diseases that offered very little hope of survival that have had cures/vaccines discovered or developed. Why not cancer, diabetes, etc.....

Let's all pray that a cure is found for cancer, along with all the other 'incurable' diseases.
