One of our favorites in BBQ. Any beef roast + pork (chops, tenderloin, etc.) + one envelope of Onion Soup Mix. Just toss this in the crockpot and cook on low overnight or for at least 4 hours. With a wooden spoon, start breaking the meat into shreds, mixing and stirring. Then cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Now you can add your favorite BBQ sauce. Add just a bit at a time until you're satisfied with it. Ready to serve. Leftovers are great. I make a big batch of this and use leftovers in burritos, over mashed potatoes, or over toast. Freezes well, too!
