I am a T-Bone grillin machiene. first go to http://www.bruckenfoods.com/ order their steak seasoning. (The only one you will ever use again) Take your T-Bones and marinade them overnight in Whorstashire sauce (Lee & Parins only) Then 45min to 1 hour before you grill put the Bruken steak seasoning on both sides of the steak. Slow cook on the grill to med. or med. rare.
Make your tounge beat your brains out..... You will never be able to eat another steak in a local restaurant again....

Or (sadly) regularly called in our house 'Heart Attack on A Plate'
Slice some mushrooms & onions, little oil & pat of butter salt & pepper- place in a foil pocket and cook til tender on the side of a hot grill. * I don't do the grilling but I know it doesn't take too long *Be generous with the mushrooms & onions and but don't drown them in the oil and butter, just enough to keep them from sticking to the foil.
Salt & pepper a Flat Iron steak - it's a new favorite we found since we came here- anyway grill it to your taste, rare med.well- or just about ready
pour mushrooms & onions on top - add to mush/onions couple generous scoops of Blue Cheese Dressing (we use T. Marzetti) and a (generous) handful of mozzarella cheese
Let mozz melt and remove from the grill- careful not to spill the good stuff off the meat.
Let sit a few minutes and then slice & serve (slice like a London Broil which you can use instead of a Flat Iron Steak but FIS is better and seems cheaper form what I have seen )
Baked Potatos on the grill I nuke my spuds first (always do - you know they are cooked), add a teaspoon or so of Basil Pesto and wrap them loosely in a foil pocket- it adds a nice flavor .Keep on side of grill til main dish is ready.
