How long have you been waiting? It took a few months to get mine last year it seemed. I believe its a distribution problem on Motorola's end.

We got ours within a week, we also had a lot of trouble with it at first.

3 weeks. Just surprised with as much money that they bring in that there would be any kind of a wait. Wish Wal-mart would wise up and start selling them for a resonable price, have heard that the HDDVR that motorola distributes to the cable companies would cost over 900 dollars if you were to buy it.

I think most of the problem is that Motorola sends what they have to the big cable companies like Time-Warner, Charter and Cox and then if any are left over are sent to the small privet owned systems like Limestone.

Probably true. When we bought our HDTV we called Time Warner and had our convertor in a couple of days.
