Hall Rental Info Needed!

Hickory Ridge Church may have the Indoor Yard Sale at another location, and I am wanting to know if anyone knows of some good places to rent? I need to know how much it costs to rent it, and what kind of setup they have. Remember this is for a Youth Group fundraiser, so we can't afford anything fancy. We would like either Maysville, Aberdeen, Ripley, Georgetown, or West Union.

I called about the Community Building in West Union, Ohio and it's $12.50/hr, with a 4 hr minimum. We are aiming for a Friday & Saturday in May.

If all else fails we may just go ahead & have it at the church, because we do have the space in the basement, we just might not get as good of a turn out because it's in the country.

We would need something that would hold at least 10 long tables, plus room for some misc stuff. I'm not sure how many feet that would be. I'd like to aim for the first weekend in May, but any weekend in May would work besides the second one due to our Revival.

What about the building behind the bowling alley in Aberdeen where they do the auctions? They already have the tables set up, I just don't know if they would rent out the building for other people to use. They do have an auction this Sun. if someone wanted to check it out. I'll keep thinking.

I dont think you want to be as far out as Lewisburg but I think the Lewisburg Baptist Church has a yard sale from time to time in the gym and usually have a good turn out. The Lewisburg lions club gym should have plenty of room for you to use it its the size of a Basketball court.

If you want you could use the NEW Lewisburg Fire Dept Community Center. I know we have enough room for 10 + tables
