My pulse rate is up for a few reasons and most aren't positive things. First I've not been in a positve mood lately. :( So my heart races when I think I say what I mean and mean what I say---why can't others be like that. I can handle honesty more than I can being shrugged of or out right lied to. Second, I have a friend that can make me laugh when I'm upset and I really need that right now but that person is "grounded" from talking to me.

Then there is that I have to work ER tonight thing where the person putting out the red carpet in downtown Maysville might leave a wrinkle in it and George falls and needs to be taken to ER for evaluation. I think when we get to work we will go ahead and draw straws to see who cares for him---just in case. We can't be fighting in front of him.

Oh and hopefully this treadmill will get my pulse up in a bit.

THE SIMPLE FACT THAT MASON COUNTY IS LETTING SCHOOL OUT AT 1pm TOMORROW!! When is enough enough? Why couldn't the Bill Clenton rally be held at the college??? Unlike the school board I value my child's education and feel that it is of great importance that my child ATTEND school on a regular basis. My question is now is this going to put another "make up day" on the calendar???

Education is not being compromised by a 2 hour early dismissal. I really would like my children to be able to meet a POTUS. It is a once in a lifetime event.

Early Dismissals do not add extra days to the school calendar. Never have, never will.

Yes, I agree. I too would like my children to meet a POTUS, BUT most of us are still at work at 2:30pm and our children will be in a day care facility, at a babysitters or at the Boys and Girls Club..... NOT at the rally!!

Mason County winning the state tourney and all the throat meds that i had to take afterwards for my sore throat. It's not good to cheer inside rupp arena and then go outside and yell Mason County is #1 and lexington catholic is #3. lol. Wow what a fantastic weekend it was!!

I will agree it was a fantastic weekend. I don't have a clue as to why I'm still able to talk. There were a few moments during the game where my heart rate was up...maybe it was nerves from being at my second game in a row....or maybe it was just because I was excited that we did so well.
