Her works have been featured in many art galleries in the tristate area: "Viva" art gallery, the "Hungry Eye", in the Dayton area, as well as several others in the Columbus "Short North" art district. She has also displayed works in Indianapolis, Indiana, Maysville, Augusta, Old Washington, Kentucky, and Ripley, Ohio.

Most recently she was juried by the Lexington Arts Council of the University of Kentucky to be a member and co-studio-owner in the "Artists Attic", in Lexington.
Kim has studied watercolor with many well-known artists throughout her career. Joyce Steele, Barbara Kelsch, and John Ward are just a few from the Bluegrass region. Kim has also taught art to children and conducted watercolor workshops herself.
She has been recognized in several news publications, and was recently presented in an international magazine publication of Who's Who. Her works are displayed in various European private collections. She has been juried into several art shows including "The International Carmel Arts Festival", In Carmel, Indiana. She was selected as one of fifty international artists to exhibit her work.
Kim resides in Fleming County.
Ken Macht, co-owner of Banana Tree Studios, teaches the ceramics class on Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. The student will learn wheel-throwing, handbuilding, sculpture, glazing and firing. The emphasize for beginners is technical and personal development, while the intermediate and advanced students develop individual creative and technical processes. The students will work with Earthenware and Raku. All materials are included.
Stoneware and RAKU comprise the majority of Ken's work and are thrown and hand built or both. He uses a limited number of glazes but firing and reduction techniques provide and endless variation of pattern and color.
Ken has been an active potter for more than twenty years. He has studied with Glenda Taylor and Stephen Jepson in Florida and Adel Coulter in France. Ken has been instructing for several years in his studio both in Florida and Kentucky.
Ken's work has been shown in a number of galleries, public and private, and has been purchased by collectors in several states and countries including France, Ireland, Britain, Denmark and China.
