A friend just sent this to me. It was very enlightening. Just thought I would share it with you.
Some of you may remember Red Skelton, but he passed away before many of you were born. Red Skelton was a good & funny man. He also ended every show by saying, "GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS." Listen to the end of this. It is something he said 39 years ago.
Very important that you listen to the very end! Eerie! Take a moment and listen to it (from 1969). How would he have known that this is what is happening?

FOR THE FEW WHO DON'T KNOW: Red Skelton was a movie star and comedian on television back in the 1950s. He created a number of characters, and his show was watched by millions..

Nice post. Well worth watching.
Red was a funny guy. When was about 10 years old he said, "All men make mistakes, but married men find out about them sooner".
That also turned out to be prophetic.

There was an old comedian at the "Festival of The Bells", up in Hillsboro, Ohio a few years back who was using this name... could it have been him? I know you said he died a long time ago, but someone must be copying him or something.

Is it acctually illigal or against the rules to recite the pledge of allegence in school??? Is it when i was in school we did it every day in elementry school but not middle school or high school. Is it now not allowed? I seriously dont know.
I personally think they ought to be tought it and if someone wants to put the God part in then get over it. But also if someone wants to leave the God part out of it get over it. I dont think you could or should stop a person from saying it either way they want. And I deffinatly dont think they should stop teaching it period....
I know I get a lot of e mails about prayer and in god we trust on money. And trust me A religious person woulndt not accept money if it didnt have it on it and an athiest is still going to use it with it on it.
As far as a person not being able to pray in some place in America I know for a fact that their is not a place in America that a person can not pray. If you find a place let me know I might be an Athiest but I am an American first and I will go with you to this place and pray. with you.

Thanks so much for sharing this post with us. I had the pleasure of seeing him along with Bob Hope in 1965 during my tour of Korea. If only more of us would have taken notice to what Red was saying back then maybe we would looking at life differently today. By the way I wanted to share it with coworkers here in Coshocton but the server won't allow it. Go figure! Must be because it has a video attached.
Thanks again
