I wish I could stay off the roads, but unfortunately, my job has caused me to have to be out in this mess. I was out last night around 1:30 until about 3. It was sleeting when I left to go out and after about 30 minutes it was sleet mixed with snow and then about 20 minutes later it was a blinding snowstorm.......what a mess. I didn't see many vehicles out. Mostly trucks. I would have much rather been home in my nice warm bed.
I would definately agree with the MPD that if you don't absolutely have to be out, then stay home.

Are you all even getting the bad stuff? Over here in Aberdeen we have about 3.5 inches of snow. Our roads are bad out where I am, but I'm in the country. I heard Maysville & Macnhester's roads were pretty clear.
I hope you all stay safe, and if you don't have to go out, don't!

I was out today and Kentucky has done much better with their roads than Ohio. I followed an OH state plow truck through Aberdeen and even being behind it 52 wasn't as clear as Ky 11 and the stretch of the AA that I was on.
