According to my reading on yahoo.com looks like the IRS will be mailing out letters next week telling when and how much of this tax incentive one will get. That's it send it to me 3 months before I get it, I'll have it spent 14 different ways before I see it, if I do see it.
I am actually hoping we do get it and I can use it for moving expenses!!!!!!
