Pig farmers have recorded a single as part of the campaign to raise awareness of their fight for fairer prices for their pigs.
Stand by your Ham is based on the Tammy Wynette 1968 classic Stand by your Man and was recorded in a London studio by a group of 30 farmers.
Side Note: More than one pig farmer in the USA has gone out business because of pricing. If people do not support fair prices for farmers in this country you will see the day that a lot of what you eat will come from other countries with questionable food production practices. Can you say DDT and human produced fertilizer...................
