MAYSVILLE – Larry “Goon” Whaley, 63, of Ripley, OH passed away Sunday in Cincinnati, OH he was an industrial electrician and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was born September 20, 1944 in Maysville to the late Harry and Lillian Whaley.
Larry is survived by his daughter Chloe Whaley of Aberdeen and an aunt Rose Wise of Maysville.
Besides his parents his sister Brenda Whaley Muse preceded him in death.
Graveside services for Larry will be 1 PM Tuesday, October 28, 2007 at Charter Oak Cemetery.
No visitation in scheduled for Larry.

Dearest Chloe,
I saw your dad's obit on Maysville on line and I just wanted to let you know that I was thinking of you at this time. your dad always spoke with the deepest reguard of you and I know what a beautiful young lady you've become.. I knew you several years ago when I worked at Ripley Dental.Please be well and know that many people are thinking of you and are with you in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. Your dad was a cat -bird, but we all loved him and know he had a good heart. Take care of your teeth; that would be very special to him. I hope all is going well at school; work hard -- it is so very worth it.
