Taco Pockets

Place FOUR of the rectangles on a cookie sheet. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto each rectangle. Cover meat with shredded cheese. Cover these rectangles with the four remaining rectangles. Crimp the edges together to seal. YOU should now have four large pockets.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden...around 10 minutes or so.
Garnish with whatever your family enjoys, such as: sour cream, black olives, chopped tomatoes, jalepenos, salsa...
Easy to make and are DELICIOUS!
