I have added a recipe database to help keep the recipes sorted and easy to find.
You can move your exsiting recipes to this new area here: http://www.maysvillekybbs.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=122
Click on the "New Thread (http://www.maysvillekybbs.com/forums/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=122)" Button.
This will really help out this section.

But this is too good not to share...
Texas Caviar
-1 cup sugar
-1cup olive oil
-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
* Heat above 3 items until sugar dissolves
-1 15 oz. can black beans
-1 14 oz. can corn (white)
-1 can black eyed peas
-1 sm. jars pimentos (chopped)
-1 can green chilis (chopped)
*rinse the above in colander ( I just drain to retain flavors)
-3 to 4 stalks celery (chopped)
-1 sm. red onion (chopped)
* Put all ingredients in big dish - cover and marinate overnight. Drain and serve.
Fritos Scoops are yummy with this.
**Best if made 1 to 2 days ahead**
