I have a great-grandmother I have been trying to hunt down for years. Her name was Ella Mae Helphenstine and she supposedly lived in the Maysville area for awhile. Some relatives of mine claimed that she ran a restaurant in either Ripley, Ohio, or Maysville. She was originally married to a Boyd but left him (and her two kids). Does that ring a bell for anyone?
