Please correct me if I am wrong, but in the video, it looks like the person knew where to go first. Then he went after what looked to be cartons of cigs. I assume the person went to the cabinet first to look for money? It just seem strange they knew where to look, of all places in the store, why did they look there first? Just my observance! When these people wear these hoodies, it is hard to tell who they are, sometimes I think that's the worst thing they ever made. They are wonderful for people who use them as intended, to keep warm, not to buy 3 sizes to big and hide. I know there were some cities, not in KY, than banded them, due to the same problem. It is a shame. Two things, I can not stand, is a theif and a liar! I hope they get caught, and are punished, not probated!:mad:

I didn't ask what all they took. Some parts of the video are missing to conserve on size of downloads. I would agree with you on the above. They he even looked like he was trying to get in to the safe.
I personally think they live real close to the Shell and have little doubt they will get caught. You can get a feel for that by their direction of travel.
In My Opinion;
They are walking in a pack of 3 and probably stick together that is unusual. They had distinctive clothing and distinctive walks. It appears that one is set as the Alpha male of the group, 1 as the worker, and another is a designated scout. This shows they bee running together for a while. Not necessarily committing crimes but as a group bond. Each with a function in the group.
This is a guess, I am not an expert.

I have to agree with both of you - I got the feeling that one of them may have been a past or current employee..........simply because they knew too much - the filing cabinet, how to disable the cameras, even what area the camera could see. They looked so young, too.

what about fingerprints...he/she touched a lot of stuff...they did look young, but if they had worked there then they had to be aleast 18...also could have been a pizza guy/girl from next door....they could have been watching the employee's thru the window.....

:confused: Yes they did touch alot of things. I would say, and I am not an expert, that they do not live far from where this happened. And another thing, is the curfew still in effect for Maysville? To many people, youngsters running around at night. There is nothing out there for them to be into but trouble. Is the curfew still being enforced? If not it shoud be.

Just a short update on our little group of highly intelligent youths that we sometimes refer to as "our future".
Around 2 PM this afternoon, one of the little fellows returned to the Shell Station and was arrested by Maysville's finest who were already at the Shell Station.
19 year old Damone Green is in custody, and I almost forgot, he was carrying some crack cocaine in his pocket.

I go by there mon. thru fri. bout 25 after 4 every morning, that morning I remember telling my roommate cause she needed the truck that morning so she drove me to work. The lot of the gas station just seemed not right . there were no newspapers delivered yet but at work which is just around the corner we already have them. And there was a car or a van parked in front of the phone. But I didnt see anybody.

The Maysville Police Dept. would like to thank all the members of the BBS for all the leads they have received. Not only from this case but all the we have been involved with.
Without your help many of the crimes we (as a group) have help with would have gone unsolved.
