It will be back up today. It was low on my list of problems to fix because it take a bit more to install it. Sorry but I should have it online by Noon if not sooner.

I do realize how important it is to many of you and I just want you to know it will be back online and stable soon.

Other scheduled changes this week is a new arcades with some new games. I will remove about 500 or so that never get played.

I had to move the police scanner to a dedicated line. Many people are using it and the Scanner need a better connection than it had before.

I believe this will stabilize the scanner. Up till recently the scanner was a BETA Test. It is now a permanent feature of the BBS. With that we have taken steps to make it stable.

The Police scanner is one of the BBS's most expensive fetures to run and offer (Next to the Arcades). The MPD Scanner requires it's own Dedicated Computer, Dedicated Scanner and now a Dedicated Internet Line.

I miss the scanner, hearing the "shooting" at the Elks live was something I will never forget.

Might be your firewall setting. I am listening to it right at this moment.

Somethings going on East 2nd, lots of police cars and sirens, but can't get anything on scanner. What's up with that? And nice ads by scanner, you should give kick back to person who thought that up.

Try it know. I had a firewall typo on the server.

Those that know me will not be surprised.

just keep it up, you will only hear something if something is being said... does this help?
