Chuck: I get the idea on the server, but can you give us an example of how the code goes?

It can be done as an img in replace of url it the picture is on a different server.

Yes, You lose thumbnails so resize is the only option. 500x is about the largest i would go.

.............resizing isn't a problem here. I was using this forum as a test forum & didn't realize just how large the pics would be. In the future, I will downsize the pics to a more reasonable size for a better effect, NOW that I can post them.............see ya mark

Great! Thanks Mark, and Chuck.

kcredden, if you use photobucket ( which I sometimes use ) I tried the bottom code on the pic & it worked. Once Chuck mentioned using the img instead of the url, it was simple to use.

Ahhh, someday I'll get this style of forum figured out! ..........see ya mark

Try this photo resize. Put it on your desktop and drag an image and drop it on the icon. It makes them the size it says. This one says 500. If you change the 500 to an 800 it will resize them to that.

Thanks for the advice, Mark. Sorry I'm taking so long, my mailbox has a problem with the board lately it seems :\ Working on it however.

Warning. Online resizes are cool but some of them save a copy of your image for their use. This includes resale to places that can use you photo on the net.

You could find the head of a loved one cropped on top of some picture you may not like.

US laws that require a disclaimers for use may not be required on sites in other countries. You have no legal recourse to stop them.

It was a generic warning to all to be careful. It was not a personal attack. There was no need to defend yourself.

That company is in the Netherlands which last I check was not under US laws or required to tell the truth.
