A warrant has been issued for one of the alledged participants in the Elks Club Shooting. Here is the information:

Garry McClain Jr is wanted by the Maysville Police for shooting Samuel George on Sept. 16, 2006 outside the Maysville Elk's Lodge. McClain and two others were also injured in the exchange of gun fire. McClain is armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Contact your local Law Enforcement Agency.

It has been reported by a lexington news station that Garry Mclain Jr. has turned him self in at 4:30 a.m. this morning.

Garry McClain Jr. has been charged with criminal attempt to commit murder.

News reports have said that McClain turned himself in around 4:15 a.m., Thursday.

According to one source, McClain is on probation and is not one to cooperate with Police.

McClain is being held on a $500,000 bond in Maysville.

McClain has been identified as the person who shot Samuel George of Alabama after a concert on Flemingsburg Road, according to investigators.
