DOVER -- Responding to a call into dispatch shortly after 2:20 a.m. Thursday, officials with the Mason County Sheriff's Office discovered one man lying near railroad tracks with a head injury, and another individual in a vehicle nearby, apparently intoxicated.

I don't get it. Don't the drunks know that if you bang you head against something or fall & hit your head that it might hurt??
