Does anyone else see a pattern here? Look at the 3 year graph.

I am glad the prices are down here, but as usual I will not be spending my gas dollars here, since I work in Georgetown and their prices are in line with Lexington...and almost always 20 cents cheaper.
I do appreciate the link, so I could check the prices!
Thanks

My wife buys a fuel card from speedway and keeps so much money on it and when she uses it it gives her 3 or 5 cents off per gallon of gas. That is the way we have been trying to cope with the high prices of gas. Just thought that might help someone.

Good idea gray, also, if you go to the Exxon n 68 near the college, they offer 8 cents off a gallon.. today that makes gas there $2.08 a gallon!! Also, the Marathon on the AA just past Orangeburg has consistently had gas about 5-10 cents cheaper than in Maysville.
I don't know if any of Exxon or Marathon's employees read this, but if ya do PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! I buy from you all because you all are so inexpensive!!

Last week's speech by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, in which he called President George W. Bush a "devil" in an address to the United Nations General Assembly, is coming back to haunt the populist leader.

Citgo is wholly owned by Petroleos de Venezuela, the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Some want to send a clear message to Chavez, and the current government of Venezuela, that United States citizens will not support institutions that seek the destabilization of America and our institutions and freedoms."

"The devil came here yesterday," said Chávez, crossing himself at the podium where the president appeared the day before. "It still smells of sulfur today."

Also:

7-Eleven Inc., the largest U.S. operator of convenience stores, will start selling gasoline under its own brand after a 20-year relationship with Citgo Petroleum Corp. ends this week.

The move affects Citgo dealers in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma and Missouri. Citgo also will cut off sales in some regions of Texas, Arkansas, Illinois and Indiana.

The station cost of a tanker of gas has a transportation charge of 5 to 10 cents a gallon or more depending on how far the station is from the distribution point. This sometimes accounts for the price difference between different cities.

We just paid $1.98 for gas at the Exxon/Rallys yesterday. Boy I never thought I'd see it that cheap!

Whatever you do do not go to Aberdeen and get gas. The cheapest over there was 2.12 last night. Wal-mart was 2.03 when I was there earlier this morning.
