Actually, the new Lowe's is being built where the stop light is on Maple Leaf and the AA. I think Foxy is right on what will be built across from Straub.

I am not 100% sure (but then, am I ever...lol) but I think across from Straub is zoned residential??

................it is going to more housing.
I was looking for property stakes for a homeowner recently in Elmcroft Estates. There is going to be an entrance road near Elmcroft & housing being built there.............see ya mark
