Just a heads up. Aberdeen has extended the 35 MPH speed limit on the very dangerous section of road on the east end of town on U.S. 52. It used to have a very short 50 MPH section before you left town. For those of you that travel that way, they like to sit at the gravel pull off on the edge of town and clock you right before you got to that 50 MPH sign. They’ve writtten countless speeding tickets at that spot. Now, the 50 MPH section is gone. So don’t come off the old bridge, hang a right and start to speed up like you used to. It is now 35 MPH all the way to the 55 MPH sign.
