Does anyone know what happened with the car wreck on Jersey Ridge I think it was Sat. The scanner said something about a hit and run, but never heard much of anything else. Just wondering if anyone else heard anything?

Yeah .. it was in the Ledger, it was in Monday (today's) paper.

We arrived on scene just minutes after it happened. It was White either Oldsmobile or Buick that supposedly attempted to pass a newer model Blazer and ran him off the road. The Blazer flipped and came to rest on its wheels. The white car fled the scene. It was rumored by a friend of ours that saw the car that it was a blonde young man driving. He was supposedly driving eraticly and making hand gestures. They said that he was a "blur" when they passed him. We had just came across the new bridge and didn't see anyone so our guess is that this person headed toward downtown. They had the road blocked for a few hours while KU replaced the Electric pole that was broken in half. The guy in the Blazer was transported to Meadowview and treated and released (according to the Ledger Independant's Monday paper).
