Parking not available

During the school year I find it difficult to find a parking spot that is close by my house. I don't want to come off as a big meanie, please don't get me wrong but does St Patrick school have a parking lot for the students? I'm guessing that they don't.The problem is whenever my father comes to visit. He is disabled and it would be so much easier if he had a spot in front of my house instead up the street. Is there anyway to have a parking spot reserved so that only my family and I could park there?

Sure, the furniture store and others on 2nd street make little signs, and put them out in front of their door. Even the bank has one.

That might work for you.

If you get someone in a higher position (maybe from Italy) to "sign" it, that might help keep it from being run over by one of those SUVs or removed by the sign police.
