What exactly is a 44oz with first fill free from Speedway? Also, who got the weather radio from C& D? I noticed there was no name.

Charles Hefferin won the weather station from C&D Electronics.

The 44 oz drink is a cup you pick up down here and then can get it filled at speedway for free.
