Karaoke Contest

Fraternal order of Eagles Aerie 1564, held thier first Karaoke Contest, July 20th. Karaoke host "Cheyenne". The contest proved to be a success with local winnners. 1st place 100.00-women Crystal Porter-1st place men $100.00 -Nick Burden.
2nd place men-$50.00-Tony Workman--2nd place women-$50.00 Patty Thompson.
Donations of 30 gift certificates were given to all singers from local businesses in maysville and flemingsburg.
Eagles is expecting to hold another Karaoke contest with host Cheyenne in the near future. Eagles have regular Karaoke every Friday night at 8 pm, with karaoke host "Cheyenne."

Was this announced here? I never knew about it. We would have loved to attend! (don't worry BBSer's I wouldn't sing, I can hardly carry my son around, much less carry a tune... hehehe)

What is the age limit to sing? My daughter has an awesome voice, I would love to get her out of her "shell".

age is 21 and over...but I hope to encourage Fraternal Order of Eagles to sponser a under 21 Karaoke Contest..will keep you posted on this..

During a contest you do not have to be a member..:)
but normally membership is required..or to be a guest of a member will also allow you to get in, so if you know someone who is a member, just come with them as thier guest..and join the fun!
