VANCEBURG -- Julia Imogene Corns, 78, of Vanceburg, died Saturday at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio after a sudden illness.

She was a wonderful and loving Grandmother and Great-Grandmother and she will be missed greatly. My husband was one of her many grandchildren and my boys were 2 of her 14 Great-Grandchildren. I just wish that the Ledger had a better obituary for her.
