MAYSVILLE – Sherry Hesler Deaton, 50, died Thursday in her home in Middletown, OH. She was the daughter of Billice Sears Lakes of Ripley, OH.
Sherry is survived by her husband Gary Deaton, Sr.; three children Karen (Shawn) Earlywine of Mt. Olivet; Glenda (Tracy) Mitchell of Ripley, OH; John W. Hesler, IV of Mt. Olivet; five stepchildren David Workman of Brooksville; Gary (Michele) Deaton, Jr. of Middletown, OH; Sheri Deaton of Middletown, OH; Paula (Russ) Linville of Middletown, OH and Mist (John) Tabor of Trenton, OH.
She also leaves six grandchildren Kirstyn Truesdell, Christopher Truesdell, and Daniel Earlywine of Mt. Olivet; Ryan and Nathon Mitchell of Ripley, OH and John W. Hesler, V of Aberdeen, OH. Also surviving are twelve step grandchildren Stacey, Samantha and Charles Evan Workman of Brooksville; Shane and Melissa Mitchell of Ripley, OH; Sara and Jacob Deaton; Chad, Josh and Amber Linville all of Middletown, OH; Emily and Amanda Tabor of Trenton, OH.
Several nieces and nephews also survive Sherry.
Memorial services will be 7:30 Friday evening July 28, 2006 at Brell & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. John Dotson Officiating.
Calling hours will be from 5 pm until the time of service Friday.
