The footers for the 1st Limestone Habitat for Humanity Home was completed today. Donnie Bussell, in charge of the Construction for the project is (seen below) checking the work.

The project director and Limestone Habitat Director is Rick Litton. Mr. Litton has agreed to do a future interview for The BBS about this project. Many people are working on this project daily and I will try to get a list of them and the sponsors for future threads.

The house should be completed in a couple of months and the family for the home has already been selected. This is a major step and accomplishment for Mason County.

The Limestone Habitat for Humanity project works soley by local donations and help from the community. If you would like to donate to the project or help with constuction by offering your services, please call Cindy (606) 759-5207

If this number fails you can call Rick Litton or Ray Young down at City Hall.

Call the number above, or Ray Young at City Hall. Ray is a real easy person to talk to.

If you want to know more about Habitat, I would be glad to sit down and talk about it. The committee is very excited about the build since it is a first for Mason county.

I need volunteers for this weekend to install the roof system and inside walls.
I can be contacted at 606-407-5979 or my office 937-549-3610. Highland Church is providing lunch on Saturday.

Thanks
Donnie Bussell

This is AWESOME Donnie, I think that you should post times and dates each time you need volunteers, it lets us all know when and what time to be there.
