Kentucky Wesleyan College head football coach Brent Holsclaw announced 66 student-athletes will continue their education and football careers for the Panthers this fall.
“This is as talented as a recruiting class I’ve recruited at the collegiate level in 11 years,” said Holsclaw. “We’ve done a tremendous job of taking 55 of the best talent student-athletes in Kentucky and did extremely well outside of the state with 11 exceptional standouts. We’re very balanced on offense, defense and special teams which should help us turn the corner in the won-loss column.”
Coach Holsclaw’s newcomers include Kyle Carpenter, a 6-0, 190-pound, linebacker from Mason County HS.
