Have no idea if they are working on anything. I would give the a call at 564-9220 and check with them.

Yes, I've been having the same trouble. I talked with the cable fellow for an hour last week and we tried a little bit of everything. He said he could log in on this site from there, but I couldn't. I could get other sites to come up, like yahoo. It's been ok this week so far. Some days I'd be on and then a sign came up, couldn't connect to host reciever.

Have you had trouble from this site since I upgraded the server?

Sassie:

Yes, I've have odd problems too. It's like it looses the connection, but oddly. It's something a tech support would understand anyway. But your not alone :)

I have had several calls recently on both business and residential customers with either connection problems or email problems. Although I dont want to finger point, every call so far except one has been caused by either spyware, virus's, or what appears to be cable company issues. The way I rule out everything else recently is by using a crossover cable to hook up a laptop that has both web and mail servers installed. If I can access the web site and send/receive mail from customer computer to laptop, and they dont have spyware or virus's, I simply ask them to call cable company.
