Server Down

As most know the server was down from about 7pm till about 11:30pm last night. I have no answer to give you at the moment as to why. As soon as I do I will post is here.

Problem is I need a new server. Remember back when we had the fire and I said I will deal with it later,,, well it is later.

We will be scheduling down time soon of about 2 to 3 hours to change the server out for a new one. Will keep you posted on when.

We are going to have a really big server. I am upping the line speed too.

I found out last night how much I depend on the BBS....funny how it doesn't hit you until you don't have it, lol. Thanks Chuck!!

Was able to spend a couple extra dollars without the little woman knowing it and will have a new server installed tonight between 1am and 3am.

This means the server will be down for 30 minutes sometime between 1am and 3am. This also means I might be single when the bill gets here,,, will let you know on that one. :D

We are upgrading from a 1.7 p4 to a Dual Xeon 3.faster with a couple of gigs of memory and a gazillion gigs of hard drive space.

If your web site it hosted by TCS then your site will be down during this time. Sorry for any inconvenience but upgrades are a necessary evil in the computer world.

We are also upgrading the line speed Do to all the videos, cause we want to do more. All n all tomorrow morning I am hoping to see some pretty quick speeds out of the site.
