The Ever Lasting Motion for Cure Cancer 5k Race is a part of the Buffalo Trails MutliSport Race (http://www.buffalotrailsraces.com) that will take place on May 27th 2006. You can visit the Web Site by Clicking Here. (http://www.buffalotrailsraces.com)

Tina Rigdon Hester is not only the owner of a local fitness center named Bodies in Motion, Tina is a big time celebrity in the fitness circle and a well known international model for the fitness world.

Tina has chosen to return to her home of Maysville a few years back to give back to the community. Tina has many projects going on in addition to the 5k Cure Cancer Run. She has a cheerleader training class for young ladies who desire to excel in this area.

What you may not know about Tina is that she is very proud of Maysville and the people here. She does not view herself as a celebrity. She is friendly and easy to talk to. I found a person that wants to talk to everyone here in Maysville.

Most people know Tina's proud father Mike Rigdon the Deputy. He talks like the proud father that he should be. Bragging of his daughters accomplishments more so than his daughter does. I had the opportunity to chat with Tina's sister as well. A very nice person.

As you can tell I can't stop thinking of what a pleasant family this is and what a great asset to the community they are. But I have to cause this post would be too long.

What I will tell you is that if you would like to meet Tina and her family stop by Bodies in Motion. I know they would love to meet you and chat with you.

Normally I would focus on chatting about their Fitness Center but it sells itself. You can check out the fitness schedules they have for yourself. They cater to everyone including those of us that are exceptionally modest. I can whole heartedly tell you that by participating in the Bodies in Motion Fitness Center you will be supporting a good person and giving support to her projects for our community,,, a win-win situation.

I am sure you have seen the interview at the top of the home page. It you missed it there it will be Archived to the Maysville Media Center (http://www.maysvillekybbs.com/forums/view.php?pg=videoarchives). The interview is conducted by Rob Milward of Herb Farm @ Strodes Run (http://www.strodesrun.com/).
