Arcade Upgrade

I have added 2 new features to the arcades after several request. Need you all to test and make sure they function properly.

1. The ability to change the screen resolution to increase the size of the games.

2. PM or Email notification when your high score has been defeated. (Bug Fix)

Let me know if these features are working or not.
