1 tablespoon olive oil
6 pork chops
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 (20 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place olive oil in large skillet and brown chops.
In bowl, mix together soup, milk, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. Stir in potatoes and cheese Mix together and spread mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
I serve with green beans and homemade cole slaw. YUMMY!!!
