This is an incredibly delicious meal and a great alternative to spaghetti and sauce.

1 lb. spaghetti
2 tbsp. olive oil
5 oz. thick slice bacon, cut into small strips
3 tbsp. butter
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Start spaghetti cooking while browning bacon in oil. Drain bacon and set aside. In bowl mix eggs, pepper, salt, cream and cheese. In large skillet melt butter very slow over low heat. When butter becomes golden in color, add egg mixture. When mixture begins to thicken, poor over the spaghetti and add the bacon. Quickly mix and serve. Sprinkle with cheese.
