After a two-day search, a foot chase and 10 charges, two juveniles have been returned safely to their homes with the help of Maysville police.

Officer Larry Farris and Officer Micah Amstutz began looking for the female juveniles, who were not arrested or charged with a crime, after one was reported missing Tuesday.

"We got a missing persons report on one girl," Farris said. "We went to several locations looking for her, one being 67 Meadow Drive."

That just proves that you can't lie to the cops because it will come back to bite you in the butt. But I am glad that they found the girls and they weren't harmed (we all know that there are sick people out there). Just my two cents worth.

So nice to see a Police Department that catches criminal rather than writing tickets all the time.

Our police do write tickets as I see them in the paper. Just nice that it is not their primary focus.
