The following is an update regarding this year’s legislation regarding agritourism. Representative Mike Denham (Northern Kentucky) is sponsoring House Bill 192 which deals with limited liability for agritourism businesses.
The bill was reviewed by the Ag and Small Business Committee this morning and passed.
It will move to the House and we need YOUR SUPPORT!
