The city is in the process of repairing a water basin that partially collapsed during repairs. They are currently running at half capacity and are asking residents to conserve water until the problem is fixed.
Mayor Virgie Wells says the repairs will be made by Tuesday afternoon. Harrison County Schools are closed Tuesday as well as the Licking Valley Campus of Maysville Community College.
