Bomb threat at Bracken courthouse halts justice

BROOKSVILLE -- A bomb threat cleared the Bracken County Courthouse and sent defendants, attorneys, the judge and courthouse staff into the streets of Brooksville Friday morning.
At about 9:40 a.m., assistant circuit court clerk Libby Estill answered the phone in the clerk's office.
