MAYSVILLE – George V. Clos, 87, of Amelia, Ohio, formerly of Maysville died Tuesday Dec. 27, 2005 at Clermont Mercy Hospital. He was the widower of the Madeline Burris Clos.
Mr. Clos was born in Bracken County on February 14, 1918 to the late Henry Albert Lee and Fannie Irene McElfresh Clos. He was a member of the Batavia Church of God and a retired Machine Operator for January and Wood Company in Maysville.
Survivors include three sons, Larry Clos of Harrison, Ohio, Danny Clos, of Morrow, Ohio, and Albert Clos of Amelia Ohio; one daughter, Marla Redding of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; one sister, Edna Sellers; two brothers, Richard Clos and Ernest Clos; 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son Ronnie Clos as well as several brothers and sisters.
Services for George V. Clos will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2005 at Brell & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Max Burris officiating. Burial will follow in the Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
