Hold your horses!
Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group moves January 2006 conference to Louisville, KY
Due to the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina on the New Orleans area, Southern Sustainable Agriculture Working Group (SSAWG) has rescheduled its conference to take place in Louisville, Kentucky, January 19-22, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The conference offers a bounty of innovative strategies for those who are committed to sustainable agriculture. Over 700 producers, educators, researchers, and advocates, all working toward sustainable food systems, are expected to attend this popular conference. This event is ripe with opportunities to interact and network with people of similar interests—sharing practical experiences, ideas, solutions and talents.
Join an already growing group of our region’s farms, farmers and businesses and participate in making this SSWAG's best Conference ever. This is an amazing opportunity for all of us, please consider an exhibit at the Trade Show, a donation to the Silent Auction, an advertisement in the Conference program and use this chance to promote your organization, your work, your farm, your farm products and support the SSAWG.
This event will truly highlight all the great things going on here in Kentucky!
