Database PROBLEM

Every since last week I have had a Database issue I have not fixed this as of yet.

I will be finding a solution over this weekend. Till then it will be a rocky road.

I was able to recover for a crash last night at about 6pm from a really old database 11/08/05. Some info was lost.

I am doing 12 hour backups right now so this won't happen again. Till the user db is fix.

The Database is fix after 13 hour of work on it. We lost 2 weeks worth of info on the site. This was due to an outdated backup. It's a long story as to why but the end answer comes out the same. It was a bad choice and a bad decision I made 2 nights ago.

All n All the site is back to Stable.

No problems, Chuck. If it's compuers, it'll have problems, end of story. Just a quick note to people. Never ever put your data on servers, without keeping a copy for yourself. No telling what will happen, and you'll kick yourself in the end. (been there, done it, got a ripped up t-shirt, that I lost again!)

How is the web service servers, BTW Chuck? I haven't checked the ones I work on.
