These are the words of wisdom from our great American Leader, George W. Bush, on how to prevent a fuel shortage.

His solution for the refineries that closed do to Katrina is to find more boat to bring oil. Hmmm,,, still want to know how we are going to refine it?

Katrina is a bad situation and will be a clear demonstration of how we handle a BIG national disaster.

Like most people aren't doing that anyways. I thought that was the stupidest thing that he could say. But then again he doesn't care, his vacation was more important then attempting to save his fellow Americans.

Who DOESNT need gas? How the heck are we supposed to go to work, get groceries, etc. with no gas in our vehicles? Even at the current price per gallon, gas sales are up because everyone is trying to keep their tanks full...just in case.
I think GWB's brain is on permanent vacation.

if everybody who works locally started riding bikes to work, store for carry items, etc.......

Obviously you do not know me. I have no hate in my heart for anyone. But I do have one question: How the heck does me riding a bike constitute hate in my heart? Being upset or perhaps frustrated does not equal hate.
