What's going on at the Walmart center area??

I saw lot's of equipment moving dirt beside Gold Star Chili today. I heard there's another 5 biz strip mall being built there.
Is this true?? If not, what's the skimmie you're heard about this???...............see ya Mark

I heard it was the white castle everyone wants, with Chuck's drive thru...lol
