Elementary School SDCM Council in their search for a new principal. Please fill out this short questionnaire and then forward this email to:

Dear Community Member:

As you may be aware, Mr. Daniel Seithers, principal at Jones Elementary School, will be retiring at the end of the current school year. In the next few months the School-Based Decision Making Council will hire our next principal. This is a critical decision for our school, and we need your
input.

Please take a moment to complete our survey. Return the survey by Thursday, March 3rd to jwendlin@mason.k12.ky.us

Ability to communicate with parents, teachers & students extremely well. Person needs to be able to make tough decisions which is best for the school in general, regardless if it's popular or not. Experience is nice but the above features are more important for school survival.

3. If you were on the principal selection committee, what interview question would you ask if given the chance to interview potential candidates for principal?

What are your plans to get the school test scores up & the discipline under control in your school???
