MAYSVILLE – Lyle Ross, 73, of Aberdeen, OH was pronounced dead Monday evening at Meadowview Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. He was a retired mechanic for Carpenter Motors in Maysville
Lyle was born in Adams County Ohio March 20, 1931 to the late Henry and Mary Ruth Powell Ross.
His wife Ruby Murel Mason Ross preceded him in death Jan. 5, 1996.
Mr. Ross is survived by a son Mike Ross of Aberdeen, OH; 3 daughters Mary Glasgow (Joe) of Manchester, OH; Barbara Gast (David Wayne) of Amelia, OH and Patty Sato (Samuel J.) of Washington. 12 Grandchildren Kimberly Jennings Stachler, Kenneth Jennings, David Fredrick Gast, Meredith Deanne Gast, Joshua Sato, Whitley Sato, Latoshua Ross, Stephen Ross, Jeremy Ross, Tiffany Ross, Tara Ross, Thristian Ross, 7 Great Grandchildrenand.
He was preceded in death by a son Stephen L. Ross who died May 7, 2002, a grandchild, 2 step-sisters and a step-brother.
Funeral Services for Mr. Ross will be 11 AM Saturday Feb. 19, 2005 at Brell & Son Funeral Home, burial in the Olivet Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM Friday.
In Lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Hospice of Hope, 909 Kenton Station Road, Maysville, KY 41056.
